The Elesun of Esun-Ekiti, Oba David Babatunde Ogunsakin, and the Onimoko of Imojo-Ekiti, Oba Olatunde Samuel Olushola were ambushed on their way back from a function and killed while the 3rd ruler, the Alara of Ara-Ekiti, Oba Adebayo Fatoba, escaped from the attackers. A version of the story stated that the monarchs were murdered by one Baboga Alhaji and his gang. |
