Stanley Okebaram, a graduate of civil engineering and former president of the Students’ Union Government of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, was found dead days after he was reported missing in the riverine community where he was doing his National Youth Service. He went swimming and reportedly drowned, although there were insinuations that he was killed and dumped in the riverine area. |
