Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma killed an unspecified number of bandits linked to notorious bandit leader Bello Turji. The operatives also recovered 2 motorcycles, magazines and assorted ammunition abandoned by the fleeing attackers who had reportedly planned to raid a community. It is assumed that no fewer than 10 bandits died in the encounter. |
