A graduate of the Federal University, Otuoke, Bayelsa State, identified as Mark was shot dead in a clash between members of the Neo Black Movement, otherwise known as Black Axe and Vikings (DNKI) confraternities. According to reports, he was killed when the groups missed their main target. |
